The Brief:

Grand Seiko wanted to transport audiences into the exclusive and immersive world of Grand Seiko’s craftsmanship and Japanese luxury. They also wanted to hold an event that would promote brand awareness with clients and regional media.

The Strategy:

We hosted a five-day event centred around an exhibition showcasing Grand Seiko’s dedication to craftsmanship and innovation in watchmaking.

This immersive experience engaged the senses—sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell—and was exclusive to Grand Seiko’s private clients and VIPs, offering intimate guided sessions to try on watches and explore the brand’s philosophy. Guests also enjoyed a Japanese hassun gastronomic experience crafted in collaboration with Chef Aeron of Kappou.

Additionally, regional media were invited to experience this landmark exhibition, the first of its kind in Southeast Asia.

The Outcome:

The event received overwhelming RSVPs from Grand Seiko’s clientele. The Grand Seiko Japanese team who attended the Singapore exhibition and described it as unparalleled, enhancing the “Alive in Time Through the Five Senses” experience. The event was also able to reach out to both loyal and younger, new Grand Seiko watch enthusiasts.
