Founded in 2001, Mercury is a digitally integrated agency offering 360° marketing consultancy, event management, public relations, digital and social marketing, and influencer engagement.

Our passions allow us specialise in luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle, while our strengths enable us to handle corporate PR for a diverse range of industries, including hospitality, technology and beyond.

In 2023, Mercury Integrated was acquired by Gusto Collective, an industry pioneer in integrated Web3 solutions through augmented/virtual reality, blockchain-based market activations, and emerging artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Joining Gusto Collective expands our capabilities to provide tech-powered storytelling solutions across Southeast Asia.

Head of Southeast Asia

Tjin Lee

Tjin Lee is the Head of Southeast Asia for Gusto Collective, and the Founder of Mercury – an award-winning agency specialising in fashion, lifestyle, and luxury acquired by Gusto Collective in 2023.

Tjin is dedicated to positioning Singapore as a global fashion hub and supporting local designers. Starting her career in Club 21’s marketing team, she launched Mercury in 2001. By 2009, she established Audi Fashion Festival and Singapore Fashion Week in 2015, showcasing collections by designers like Christian Lacroix, Dsquared, Hussein Chalayan, Missoni, Mugler, Oscar de la Renta, Prabal Gurung, Roberto Cavalli, Tsumori Chisato, Vivienne Westwood, and others.

In 2014, she co-founded CRIB Society, a social enterprise that empowers women entrepreneurs. An active entrepreneur herself, Tjin holds directorships in nine local businesses, including Trehaus and Wolfgang Violin Studio.

Albert Pang

Albert Pang

Albert is a seasoned PR and brand messaging strategist who heads the public relations and social media practice at Gusto Collective Southeast Asia. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he specialises in merging traditional PR strategy with innovative digital approaches to enhance brand visibility and engagement for fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and hospitality clients.

Managing a team of PR and social media professionals across Singapore and Malaysia, he has successfully collaborated with notable clients such as American Express, Burberry, Cartier, Calvin Klein, Celine, Chaumet, Coach, Heytea, Hublot, Intercontinental Hotels, L’Oreal, Marriott International, Moet Hennessy Diageo, Prada, Samsung, Shilla, Vestiaire Collective, and Zouk, among others.

Dorothy Lee

Dorothy is the co-director of the Event Management and Experiential Marketing practice. A veteran event leader with over 20 years of experience in the industry, her extensive background encompasses not only luxury,  fashion, and lifestyle event planning and execution, but also strategic partnership development and client relationship management.

Her client portfolio includes ION Orchard, Capitaland, Shell, OCBC, the Estée Lauder Group and Shiseido Group, Burberry, among others.

Cyndee Lim

Cyndee is the co-director of the Event Management and Experiential Marketing practice. With more than 15 years of experience in the event industry, Cyndee is a dedicated leader known for transforming innovative concepts into successful events that resonate with audiences and elevate brand engagement.

She has managed a diverse portfolio of clients, including L’Oreal Luxe brands, Chanel High Jewellery, Hugo Boss, Gucci, Coach, Mercedes Benz, and SK-II.
